Excellent towing and recovery service! We contacted them all the way from Phoenix, Arizona, to help us recover a Chrysler Pacifica. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, and their customer service and professionalism were outstanding. They made everything easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended! Thanks Kevin

A dead battery at midnight on a pretty miserable day ended up being one of the better parts of my day thanks to Kevin. He was exceptionally kind, quick, professional, and at a super fair and reasonable rate. Any towing/related services that I need any time I'm in the area, he's going to be the first person I call

Super easy to work with. I called about having my broken down car towed and within a couple minutes we had everything set up. Great people to work with. I will be using them for all my towing needs.

Kevin from ACE 24 hour towing came to tow my vehicle stranded after an accident on I-41 on the day where there were around 100 crashes due to weather. Kevin was professional, friendly, made sure I was okay and gave me a ride back to my residence. Kevin was prompt on answering calls and coordinating retrieval of my personal items from the vehicles before the insurance company took possession of the vehicle from his tow yard. I recommend Kevin / 24 Hour Towing LLC for your emergency road side assistance in the area.

I had an unexpected emergency when my tire blew out, and Kevin came to the rescue. His service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and handled the tire change with speed and confidence he made sure I felt safe and taken care of the entire time. Kevin was incredibly nice, patient, and reassuring—which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend his services!
